What is the return policy?

At Artsy Life Studio, every product is crafted with love and care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Since our stationery and art items are often handmade, limited edition, or customized, all sales are final.

That said, we understand that things happen! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at Artsylifestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! Parcels will be sent with tracked shipping (unless untracked is selected) Customers are responsible for any customs fees that apply.

When will I get my order?

I typically ship orders out within 1-10 days. Everything is handmade by me so it can take some time if order volume is high! Based on the delivery time you selected and any weather conditions will determine when your order will arrive after it has left out hands.

Where are your products manufactured?

I try my best to use sustainable material that can be recycled. But all of my products are produced in the USA by me and my future team!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location, the weight of your order and which carrier you pick. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

I accidentally put in the wrong address, how do I fix that?

If your order has not already shipped, I can fix that for you! Please send me a message via the contact form or email us at Artsylifestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
